Prices:
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.
Availability:
All bouquets are subject to availability. Appropriate substitutions may be made on flowers and foliage.
Delivery:
We offer a same day delivery service locally and all over London. Our flowers will be beautifully arranged and carefully giftwrapped in water "aqua packed" and presented in a gift bag. For other areas in mainland UK, we offer next day delivery via our courier service with flowers packed in a special gel instead of water.
Orders must be made before 2p.m. for the next day delivery. If you have any questions or require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our shop at 020 8947 6654.
Payment:
Selected items are available for purchase from the site using Paypal. If you wish to purchase other items then please phone us to arrange this. All PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions of service.
Postage and Packing Charges:
Delivery charges for Mainland UK at £6.95 per bouquet/arrangement. If you are buying through PayPal this will be automatically added to your order.
Complaints and Returns:
Please telephone us if you wish to return a purchase for any reason or wish to make a complaint about an order. Such requests will be treated sympathetically.
